I spent all my money and figured I grab a free replacement from the dung heap after the cut on Friday.

Meanwhile, here is the annual Pimento Cheese Sammie Recipe:

▢4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
▢2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
▢1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
▢1/2 cup mayonnaise
▢1 teaspoon onion, very finely minced
▢1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
▢1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
▢1/4 teaspoon salt
▢1/4 teaspoon black pepper
▢4 oz jar pimientos, small diced in jar, drained

Combine all ingredients. I use a hand mixer.

Smear on white boy bread.
