He's fooling the ump with all these pitches off the plate called as strikes.

Both Vogel and Seager got the same pitch, just outside. Seager's was strike 3, Voge's was ball 2, could have been strike 3.

They need to protect better with 2 strikes, especially with an inconsistent ump out there.
