Santana is fast and the Rangers weren't expecting him to bunt. Why not, are you afraid you are going to lose and fall out of the playoff race? lol
I might have given him another error on the double but error or no he is Ibanez at 40 on a bad day.

It's great to be able to cheer the record-breaking Mariners on a new, record-breaking forum.
Rocky Colavito is a Hall of Famer in my book!

Nice to see we're making the record books. One way or another.

Speaking of records. We are about to tie our longest non playoff streak. 1977-95 = 18 years. 2001-19 = 18 years. Of course those early teams had the excuse of a payroll less than Cano's annual women and booze budget.

And those early teams also never spent several years in a four-team division.

How long until the M's make the playoffs?

I say another 5+ year drought, easily

Definitely not making it next year and 2021 will be a stretch but I could see it happening in 2022. Only three years away!!! :)

Don't forget "Trade Jacob deGrom". If you're going to go Somebody's Son, I say go all the way!

I have 2 of 14 guys coming from outside the org. I don't think one FA signing given all of the payroll space we will have available and one trade with the A's who love to dump guys two years before FA for prospects that we will have after having a top 5 pick in 2020 is close to unreasonable.
