This is not a curse.... it's a team that has little baseball acumen among the owners and management and that futility is spread throughout the minor league system with sparse development.... possible exception of the manager at Arkansas who has an excellent record. This team needs to be on the same page everywhere.... like the Cardinals, Dodgers, Cubs, Rays, Twins, Braves, and Oakland..... teams that know how to develop their own talent...

I only bitch about the manager because he is a dumb son of a bitch..... but the ownership is the one that sets the standards..... I can't imagine any of the above teams, nor the Red Sox, Yankees, or Giants hiring a "manager" with his qualifications and communication skills to run their team.

My sixty win forecast is beginning to look optimistic.
