The worst I've ever seen at that is Zunino. It just baffled me how often he would swing and miss at sub-90 fastballs right down Broadway. If you threw him an off-speed pitch and didn't bury it you were doing him a favor.

Mallet and Vogelbach showing the difference between how two seemingly useless players, one still puts runs on the board without anyone else's help.
Among player types, that's always how I'll err. Power puts runs on the board. Speed hands the torch to somebody else.

Speed can manufacture runs... slugs create double plays... I like athletes with both speed and power...bpj wrote: ↑Thu Aug 06, 2020 10:26 pmMallet and Vogelbach showing the difference between how two seemingly useless players, one still puts runs on the board without anyone else's help.

Mallex and Vogel bach are both expendable if not close to useless for me...

Even though I missed out on the $50 , I still think my 4 win prediction will be closest.

It can manufacture runs if the guy behind you does his part, which only happens 35% of the time.AT Fresno wrote: ↑Thu Aug 06, 2020 10:30 pmSpeed can manufacture runs... slugs create double plays... It's called passing the buck.
Quick check shows Vogelbach grounded into double plays 4 times in 2019 compared to Mallex Smith with 7 and Dee Gordon with 8. Vogelbach was 9th on the team.
