Interesting news.... Austin Shenton, top third base prospect, hit a line drive over the batter's eye in center field off a 98 mph fast ball from George Kirby. I've only heard of a couple people ever doing that. It's a mammoth shot. Almost thirty feet high in dead center field. It was estimated at 453 feet. So Austin joins Tacoma's Cheney Stadium Lore with Jay Buhner and Jose Canseco..I haven't seen him play but I guess there's a reason he leap frogged Joe Rizzo in the prospect ratings...
