Kerr is a LHP starter who sits 94-97 and can hit 99 when he wants extra. He is 6'2" 185#
2018 He had a 4.28 ERA in A ball and is now in A+ (3.87 XFIP).
2019 A+ 5.43 ERA, 4.24 FIP, .16 HR/9.
There is some stuff to like and I could only find scouting reports from when he was a HS prospect and was 2" shorter and -20 MPH on the FB.
Send Randy Johnson to work with him for a week.

Funny thing is he is not on anybody's radar because he was an undrafted guy from a JuCo

He caught my attention last year with a few good starts. Seems they have moved him to the bullpen this year. A guy to keep an eye on Seems like a late bloomer.

Its Penn Murfee that really got my attention though. Became a pitcher just 2 years ago, and has dominated this year.

He has 10 starts in 16 games but in his last 10 games he has only had 1 non start. Everything else is on a every 5th day schedule. Even though it looks like he had 0 innings and 1/3rd in the last few games. Aloong with one BP in between starts.

In his last 7 games he had 6 straight non-starts before this last start. He has been held to the every 5 day schedule though and pitching more than 3 innings, so who knows. I commented on him in the times forum last year after a few good starts. He's been struggling lately though.
