Case in point. During his hot streak he played all 7 games in 7 days and had 26 PAs almost 4 per game. Here was the result:

Then they started PHing him and benching him vs. lefty starters and in the next 11 days he only played in 9 games and barely got more than 2 PAs per game. This was the result:

Coincidence???? I think not.

I would like to think you are spot on but we will never find out given Jerry's penchant for platooning
