It's really starting to look like when Donovan comes back, Emerson needs to get sent down. It's one thing for him to be slumping at the plate, but we've seen pitchers just fire fastballs as low as 92 right down the middle past him.

Seems like every one of Naylor's base hits lately has been a duckfart. I can't remember the last time he hit a ball that reached the co-ed line. Just mind-blowing how he manages to time the pitcher on the bases though.

And Cal comes through!
At least with his uninspiring wheels he steals 2nd, setting himself to score with the reinvented small-ball specialist, Cal Ralsingles , to drive him in.
Rocky Colavito is a Hall of Famer in my book!

If Jp was healthy I see Emerson going down. Donovan wont be playing everyday. So I would call up Bliss to take over for Emerson. Just really ugly abs last few months. Shouldent have paid him. Kid needs a ton of work.

Damnnn it Emerson serves a cookie with 2 strikes.

Weird how our pitchers dominate and then give up instant runs. Their WHIPs and ERAs are so mismatched it's ridiculous.

Gilbert 0.983 WHIP, 3.38 ERA
Woo 1.088 WHIP, 4.16 ERA
Hancock 1.007 WHIP, 3.17 ERA
Miller 0.884 WHIP, 2.27 ERA

All four of these guys' ERAs should be WAY lower than they are. And Gilbert does this every year.

Bliss should never never again wear a Mariner uniform. He's done nothing but suck at the MLB level, and he sucks at AAA.

Wow...two weeks ago while playing third I did the same backhand throw Wilson just did and started a 5-4-3 double play, and he can't even get the ball to second. And then he almost throws another one away. Dude better go yard again if he's going to make those kind of throws.

Glove work looks good ,but all the teams have a book out on all the holes in his bat.

Fkkkkk offense has to get going here. Losing a series to a bad team then going into a solid pitching team with some good offense who we trully need to beat. COME ONNNN!!!

Now that's some nice hitting by Naylor, and we get a lucky wall-stick. Let's just hope Cal isn't satisfied with his one hit today.

Looks like he is, but Raley saves the day! We've got the lead again!

Lets make Singer go back to selling sewing machines.
