I think the Angels and Mariners have a little wink wink, nod nod thing going on. Angels get a no hit and shell the Mariners. 1 week later, they return the favor and let Leake look like a stud right before the trade deadline.

There's no way the Angels are going to allow Leake to throw a perfecto on them. That would be almost as humiliating as the Humber debacle. Actually, worse given that they have some actual hitters in their lineup, unlike those Mariners.
