That is why JP Crawford can't be a leadoff hitter.

Gets a 2-0 count where Detmers isn't even close. He swings at the 3rd pitch where any disciplined leadoff would take and force Detmers to keep him off base via the walk.

He swings 2-1 and misses an easy fastball down the middle.

Winker didn't have much of a chance that AB. 3 really good pitches from Detmers.

Other than Souza and JRod, and Mike Ford, slow start for the hitters.

Dylan has had a good start (ignoring that both of his hits were not well hit, and just luckily ended up in good spots).

Pretty crappy defense on some light hit balls, Winker didn’t get much of a break and slow to fly ball that dropped

An error on a routine ground ball by the guy that kept us out of the SS FA market.

Goood start for Flexen even tho Angels didn’t have the tough lineup
