Did you see Lewis is going to get a lot of time in the OF in Tacoma?
I saw that. They are going to have a bunch of outfielders. Maybe Upton gets traded, since Santana is a switch hitter and can bat lefty. When Lewis and Haniger come back, they're going to bring power, albeit from the RH side.
I wonder how they split DH/1B with Santana/France. Maybe let France DH until he is 100%
Yes, it'll depend on a trade or two.

Meh, I'd rather have some good OBP hitters in front of him to turn a solo home run into a multiple run home run.

This would be mine.

JP SS
France 1B/DH
Julio CF
Winker/Lewis LF
Suarez 3B
Mitch/Trammell RF
Cal C
Santana DH 1B
Moore 2B

Adam Frazier has turned out to be Jarrod Dyson 2.0.

A guy other (smarter) teams realized was a part time player but Dipoto thought he could turn into an everyday player.

Dude's a moron.
More like Figgins, right down to each having career high WAR seasons (Figgins 7.7, Frazier 4.1) and then shitting the bed with us. Not even a steady decline either, just pffft done.

It should be interesting. So when Lewis and France come back, it'll be Lewis, Santana, and sometimes Upton at DH. Then when Haniger or Trammell comes back, Santana or Upton gets DFAed or traded.
Wow, you read my mind. We are going to go from paper thin to about 30 guys real quick in the next few weeks.
Except that Haniger and Lewis are paper thin. Fingers crossed

Upton will just get released, nobody would give up a player for him, not even minor league fodder.

His performance for the Pads should have been a red flag.

One would think, but he was only 4-5 months removed from by far the best performance of his career. I type this as he hits yet another weak ground ball.
