WAR doesn't account for things that are not quantifiable, that's a given

Right. Ironically he hypes up clubhouse chemistry but does nothing to instill it and instead maintains the draconian focus on sustainability over winning now....which has a negative impact on clubhouse chemistry and attitude...

Sustainability is SO much better than this. When these guys are stuck in the mud in a few years they will hate there FO and Owners and wish Jerry was in charge of their fate. :|

Not only that, we have a manager who was a backup catcher/made it to the playoffs one time in his career where his team was promptly swept.
