2024 Batting averages through yesterday's games:
Geno .355
Teo .300 (.999 OPS)
JK .583

Does ANYONE think they would have posted these numbers to date if we had kept them? If not, then what explains these great starts?
1. each one motivated by feeling the need to prove something with a new team?
2. not playing games in Seattle's April cold?
3. getting away from under a culture of hitting failure in the Mariners organization?
4. small sample size at beginning of season?
