Though drafting and developing pitching is no small feat. You could replace him and easily not even have that

Too many misses in the trade category. Particularly, in the hitters column.

Fix the batters eye. FFS they say it is black but it looks like a card board box that has been out in the weather for a. Year or two. It was har not to stair at it this week.

I do believe that ownership should spend more money but Jerry hasn't used the resources that he has wisely so I don't know that spending more money would necessarily make that much of a difference. Dipotos list of bad moves is staggering. 24 Million for Garver. Lifetime Contract to Julio before he had even played a full MLB season. Gave Evan White a 6 year Major League deal while he was still in AA. Overpaid for Marco Gonzalez and Robbie Ray and then doubled down by making bad trades to offload their salaries. Constantly giving big contracts to mediocre relievers. Consistently trades for Duds. Polonco, Urias, Haniger, Wong, Hernandez, Winker, Frazier Etc. Frankly the guy is horrible at assembling a roster. The only reason he still has a job is because they have done well drafting and developing pitching. Other than that the whole organization is a dumpster fire.
Completely agree. Though, I didn't follow directions very well...because I only chose one. I think the players have to take some blame as well, and feel they are in line right after Jerry. Dogshit preparation and they are all trying so hard to hit the ball 400 feet they can't hit it at all.
Why do you think they swing for the fences so much? If this approach is something they are being coached to do, why would they continue to do it when it clearly isn't working?

Well... wouldn't you swing for the fences if 250 strikeouts and 25 home runs got you $250 million? It's all over baseball. There are 8 hitters in all of baseball hitting .300 or better. You used to be able to watch one game and see 8 guys over .300.

I don't think it's coached, I think these guys are selfish pricks that don't care more about hitting dingers and getting paid then they do about the team winning. Again, non of these wimpy ass batters better bitch if no one is added at the deadline. You don't add to this type of bullshit. You sell.

Now, do I have any faith this organization can rebuild? No, but that's a different story.

You’re right. I finally got a shot of the batter’s eye from the batter’s perspective, and I think I figured out the problem:

And Rooker our number one trade target, that's all he does is swing for the fences

100% Agree. Only thing I would add is Jerry’s huge ego, his ego is larger than our strikeout total.
