I am sure I saw a graphic where the Mariners have already travelled more this year than the Reds will do all season. Can’t see why you would choose to rest players when they play 5 games in 4 days, surely that’s the one time you need everybody available? I don't think I've ever heard of such a thing.
Granted the Mariners have probably the hardest travel schedule.
