Look at the bright side guys. As much as this sucks for us, at least Julio is having a great time and having fun!

Would anything we did or didn't do in the off season have mattered? I'm looking at JK, Teo and Geno tear it up and wondering if they just needed to get the fuck out of here. Whether it is the stadium we built, the coaching they are getting or literally just a curse...does it even matter anymore?
Remember Scott Spezio? He was 3 for 47 before we let him go in 05. Had batted .215 in 04. The next year he .275 with the Cards and had a double and two triples in the playoff series against the Mets! Adrian Beltre? I mean, does it matter who owns the team, who manages the team, or who coaches the hitters? They are almost NEVER as good here as they are elsewhere.

I am not a believer in the Super Natural but there has to be some sort of curse. There just has to be. There is no other explanation. Went from 7 guys with 1000+ OPS in ST to 7 guys with 500 OPS now.Michael K. wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 2:40 pmWould anything we did or didn't do in the off season have mattered?
