I'll give Dipoto props if he mans up admits he was wrong and bails on Evan White.
What would that look like? Optioning him to AAA? I'd be all for that
The dream sequence would be keeping it the same but adding Carlos or Bryant. And then trading White/JP+ prospect + cash for something shiney.
Bryant going back to cubs. He already said that when he went to giants. He wants back to cubs so can kiss that dream goodbye

That sucks for the dropping Seager for a major upgrade.

Need to go 27-17 to finish with 90 wins.

Seems doable to me.

Mariners win! We're HEROES!!!

Darren picks up my sorry ass tonight. He needed the W more than I did, although I'll probably lose to Rocky or Idaho by one game when the other shoe drops.

I'll start tomorrow's game thread right now. Damn, I hope after screwing the pooch we don't give the Jays a courtesy win.

Amazing how tonight we just overpowered them. It helps to have a better bullpen than the other team.

Man we needed that, these guys are going to go on an .800 winning percentage to close the season and blow your minds.

Same thing they did last season when this full team got on the field together!
Yep, finished the season 19-14 a 93 win pace, and we got Haniger back and were going to add some kids and everyone thought we would go back to a 70s win team. Well almost everybody. lol

Our post trade slump was like the 5th time the season has been written off here. Its like the people aren't aware of the nature of a 162 game baseball season. Hint: there are ups and downs.

I like the way Kelenic runs the bases when he hits a bomb.
His youthful exuberance is off the charts. He really loves being a part of this team.

As Haniger's OPS drops below .800, France's has surpassed it for the first time since April.
Good observation of literally one guy leaving his prime and one get entering his prime.

Put him in AAA and even if he has a 1.200 OPS don't promote him because AAA stats don't matter.
