That’s the 6th loss and countless blown game by weakling Legumina. How many passes does this guy get. He needs work in Tacoma.

Should have went with Ferg but Dan knew this game was a bust with who was coming up in the 11th. Offense loses this name not Casey. Geno Cal and Randy lost this game. Casey would have never been used if those 3 did something. Randy with his worthless homer late dident even move the needle. Dont know why the crowd was so into it.

This is why Jerry failed by not going all the way before the deadline and securing some reliable bullpen arms. It's hard to imagine having a reliever with 6 losses and a 5.44 ERA still on the roster 2/3rds of the way into the season and thinking you are playoff bound.

Again this is not on the pitching if it was would agree with u. This is on the 7th inning when your top guys can't come through when given golden spoon your not gonna win at all. Dont blame Casey at all. This is all on the bats as it 99% is

Couldn't close the deal. I'm just curious what the hang up was. Ford + who? I just have a hard time believing Philly offered the best package of players. I mean to know that Jerry was that close to a deal tells me he wasn't bluffing. Like for once he actually tried. Like could we have actually had both Duran & Geno.

This was a game that the Rump Rangers won by pure luck and not by actual baseball. The league should declare this one a no-contest and replay it. I'd petition if I were the Mariners just to embarrass them. Seriously, DO IT.

He should probably sit tomorrow. I took a look at his AB's and he should have walked at least 4 out of his 5 plate appearances. Of course, if he had just walked in that first AB he would have gotten better pitches in subsequent AB's and might have gotten some hits. But he told them in that first AB that he would just swing at garbage and so that's what they gave him.

Anyway, it looks like a textbook case of a guy needing a day off. Let Garver catch another game and someone else DH.
