I don't think you will have to worry about it. Nats won 93 games and the Cards only 91. Much better team. They will knock them out thank God.
And that will leave us as they only franchise with no WS appearances.

Watching the Nats come back from two losses to beat the Dodgers in their own park with a tenth inning grand slam was great fun. Watching the Yankees sweep the Twins, not so much.

Far Less vomitous than a Yankee-Dodger series (personally speaking). I wouldn’t care who won.
