Fastball at the top of the zone and then a slider at the bottom. Beauty.

Nice to see the umpire is tight for both teams.... BTW, the word I heard is that Dylan Moore is as hard as a rock... very strong...
Moore and Nola both perfect in house candidates to replace Seager when he moves on, imo.

Dunn getting a little love from the ump with those last 2 K's. Both seemed to be a bit out of the strike zone...

May I post the Game thread tomorrow? It is to honor my Mom's 75th birthday....yes she was born 2 days before Japan gave up in WW II. Most people believe it was the atomic bombs that caused Japan to give up, but it was actually them seeing what kind of people America was starting to produce....tough, feisty, and can make pie better than anyone. She was at the 116th game win and at the first game at Safeco/T-Mobile. She used to come get me, from down at the Kingdome, when I would go to games. I was 13-16 yo and used to go get foul balls and sell them to pay for the next days ticket.

If anyone can help the feckless M's, she can

My God! She's only seven years older that Rocky! (and me)

Ump could have called that high fast ball to Gallo a K. Dude is a giant. The low slider was also borderline but I bet the ump was thinking ok if you are going to watch to borderline pitches you can take a seat. I thought like that when I was an ump.

Does Lewis remind anybody else of Mike Cameron?

Announcers were bitching about the calls, but they were both close enough.... the first one was right on the black... a backdoor... the second probably dipped below the zone... but Dunn's got a nasty slider... and he's finally getting a call or two the third time thru the lineup... Good to see..

Why does V-Bach remind me of that bozo in "Trouble With the Curve?"
