I haven't been following this platform...

But seems really wack that we don't get to come home for game 3 in a 1-1 split.

It’s to give the Division winner who doesn’t get a bye some kind of advantage in the Wild Card round. Previously they went straight through the LDS. Cleveland don’t deserve to have to travel to Tampa because they won their division. We were a million games short of winning ours.

WC3 should have 3 games on the road against division winner. WC1 and WC 2 should be a 2-1 split for WC1

They could just have them travel after game 2, but they'd be turning around and traveling again the next night after game 3 so would be a lot for the players.

As fans that's what would be nice though

It would give reason for teams to not go for that 6 seed like TB so obviously did last week.
