I decided to check the scoring table one last time and was puzzled because now it's showing Mostonmike as the big winner. Something is rotten in the State of England. :?

Haha, brilliant - bloody ESPN removed a column this time, unless they added our own individual golfing ability to the leaderboard +208 over par sound like what I might achieve.

After deciding that I wasn't going to get away with typical sneaky British-ness (see SH post) and cheat the scores, here is the final table for the record. +1 turned out to be quite an impressive winning total in the end.

I thoroughly enjoyed fighting the formulas and keeping you all up-to-date. Didn't you find it strangely addictive to keep checking the scoreboard even if you were out of contention? Now the sheet is designed it should be really easy to make tweaks - I think we did a (British) Open one last year and no reason why we can't do the PGA or US Opens either if there is interest throughout the summer. If someone does the groupings and that, I'll look after the standings.

You all have until Wednesday night now to submit your three choices for the RBC Heritage which starts Thursday.

I know you guys have been waiting for this recipe, so here it is -- by popular demand!

MASTERS PIMENTO CHEESE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

4 oz cream cheese, soften to room temperature
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion, very finly minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 oz jar pimientos, small diced in jar, drained
8 slices white bread

MAKING PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD

Take the cream cheese out of the fridge and place it on your kitchen counter to bring it to room temperature. The cream cheese needs to be soft at room temperature, so your spread will be creamy without lumps.
4 oz cream cheese

Place all the ingredients except the diced pimentos into a medium size bowl.

Mix with a large wooden spoon until the pimento spread is smooth and creamy.

Next, drain the pimentos in a fine mesh strainer. Discard the juice.
4 oz jar pimentos

Using a large spoon gently fold in the drained pimentos into the cheese mixture until it is creamy and smooth.

ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH! VERY COMPLICATED!

Lay two slices of bread on your cutting board. Scoop 1/3 cup of the room temperature pimento cheese onto the slice of white bread.
8 slices white bread

Using the back of your spoon or a butter knife, spread the pimento cheese evenly over the bread slices up to the edges of the crust.
Cut the sandwich in half to form two triangles.
Can you freeze pimento cheese dip?
You can freeze pimento cheese. To keep the full flavor, be sure it is in a freezer container with a tight-fitting lid. Mark the date you put it in the freezer. It is best to only freeze pimento cheese for up to 3 months for full flavor.
A friend of mine had a viewing party yesterday and his wife made these sandwiches. Outstanding. I'd never had it before.
