Fun start to the Wilson era.

Saw two things in the top of the 10th…

1) Walked Lamont Wade with a base open. Servais never does that.

2) Had a mound visit in front of the Conforto AB where they clearly talked strategy. They went high FB the whole AB. Servais never had visits like that.

Dan did a fantastic job in his debut. Down 5-1 and his team fought the rest of the way. We don't see that with Scott. Great decisions Dan. Keep it going!

Yes Cal is the leader but he did not do anything to help out with this win. He has been struggling. Yes he is a leader for sure but his bat has gotta get going again. Would be huge. No one really powered the ball against Rogers....was just a lot of little jam shots that were placed right. No way Melvin could forsee that....and a lot of 1st or 2nd pitch hitting....hard to get a guy up and warm that quickly
