Virus Schmirus
Re: Virus Schmirus
Beautiful house..!
Don't you think ripping up all the floors just to get at all the old germs is being kind of "paranoid" though...?
A really disturbing bit of news.....
Members of our "Worst Generation" have found a new sport. They go into grocery stores and take pictures of each other spitting on the produce..then of course post to social media.

China lies its ass off most of the time. Overhead satellite imagery shows long lines at hospitals and that they are vastly under reporting the truth how about how many have died....why do you think they tossed all those reporters??Hanjag wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2020 2:11 amThe pandemic label is causing a false sense of panic. I gotta call BS.
Flu kills 12k to 61k in the USA annually from 2010 to current.
As of today, the US has 325 deaths.
The 1st confirmed case in China was Nov 17, 2019. Today they are basically reporting no new cases.
The 1st know case in the USA was Jan 21 (Seattle), Yay we are #1.
This "pandemic" has been blown way the fk out of scale.
But hey everyone dies at some point right?
Re: Virus Schmirus
Still only 117 out of a million have tested positive.

Think of 20 baseball parks each filled with 50,000 people. Basically about 6 people per stadium have tested positive.

Re: Virus Schmirus
On Thursday, the US had 9452 cases. There are now over 30,000 confirmed. Some of this increase is due to more expanded testing, but that also means that infected individuals were circulating and getting more people sick. These number will go higher, likely a lot higher.
Right now, the health care system is not overwhelmed, although shortages of PPE are a big issue. This is still the easy part.
By mid March, we should have a pretty good idea how big a problem this really is. If the number of cases keeps increasing as it has been, it will be major. If, for some reason, or combinations of reasons, the rate of increase flattens, then maybe it won't be so bad.

Basically at this point, unless you are a health care worker or someone that has a critical job that deals with the public, if you get it, then its your own fault.
