I thought bonus pool $$ only applied for the first 10 rounds? What happens for trying to sign a 19th rounder well over slot?

You get 150 K for the picks after the 10th and if it goes over, it must come from your slot, so say they weren’t able to sign Becker, they can use the extra money they saved to try to sign him for someone in rounds 11-20
