Dylan Moore has had his ups and downs also.
After today Dylan has a .717 OPS and Arozarena has a .727 OPS.
Moore's even been worth 50% more WAR in 75% of the plate appearances.
Dilly Moore is a fine bench player. He has great value as a guy that can play everywhere except catcher.
His career OPS+ is 100
Randy's is 123 OPS+ as an everyday player that is not shielded from unfavorable match-ups.
I like Moore, but he has no business in the same conversation with Randy who is an Starter, All-Star, and postseason MVP. 1.104 OPS in 33 post season games. You know what post season is with the only facing the top 3 starters and the top BP guys. Randy has put up a 10 week stretch of .900+ OPS and Dilly has never done that in his career.
And above all else. Since the M's acquired Randy they are 6-3. and 6.33 runs a game. I am predicting they win the AL West.
