So they probably callup a reliever tomorrow.
Barroa. Might add 2, then send one down when Woo is back. Hancock will likely go IL and Bazardo optioned.

It was a great hitting game from Canzone. Hopefully it’s a start of something
Yeah JK might end up being the 6th best OFer option by the time he comes back...
I hope canzone is just DH and not playing in the OF. Maybe start training him primarily at 1B
Maybe next year. Teo needs some DH time this year....

I had to work today so I could not watch. I went through the thread to figure out what happened to Hancock. And it is funny that DT's barb at the SeWald trade has become a rallying cry. "Sons of SeWald!"

Here is hoping our old Friend Paxton helps us tomorrow and shuts down the stros. I expect them to have some anger issues against their next opponent

I think Spier should close.

Dude is a DOG. 97 from the left side with run? Has control over his secondary stuff?

Say what you want about Jerry, but he got Topa and Spier for nothing
Yeah, mind boggling. It is like he makes a deal with the devil who says I will give you great relievers for nothing but you have to pay millions for shitty hitters. lol
It's not just getting them off the scrap heap for nothing, it's seeing their skill set and getting the best out of them. We have a damn good pitching development group under Dipoto's regime.

1 month ago on 19th July we were -10.0 games behind Texas, its down to 3. We're half a game behind Houston. Run differential is +72 (ranked 6th). Play off percentage chances 59%. Some crazy shit happening.

Oh and the Yankees have lost 8 on the spin. Baseball, eh?

I couldn't be on the game thread because I was working on things, but I do want to put my 02 cents in on this sweep.

Just hell fucking yea, Ms just swept HOU, a series they absolutely had to sweep to be relevant in the division race and here it is, they are right there with the Rangers getting swept by MIL too.

This team is playing some great baseball right now. And we've seen it now go head-to-head with the top two AL teams in my opinion -- BAL and HOU -- outside of M's obviously and how'd we do? Pretty damn good and sweeping Hou in their house.
