In 4 innings of work so far, Keuchel has given up 8 hits and 5 earned runs. Not exactly Cy Young stats.
Seems we might have known what was up? I guess I should learn to give more benefit of the doubt when it comes to our evaluation of Pitching.
Take a peek at what Tyson Miller, who we DFAd and got nothing for is doing for the Cubs.

And Kelenic continues to rake it with the Braves. I’m not rubbing salt in the wound here, but he has a higher BA than anyone on the M’s. :?

I still don't get it. His ERA here was 3.09 with a 0.771 WHIP in 11.2 innings. Did he screw Jerry's wife?

Right there.....there is the reason you don't understand Progressives. Maybe he got DFA'd because he turned down Jerry's overt sexual advances. Maybe Jerry was trying to sniff his hair like our current illustrious leader, President Roomba.

Kelenic batting .279 with an OPS of .774, and batting lead off. Nice trade.

I always said I thought Kelenic would at least end up as a decent pro, it just may not be with the mariners.
The poster formerly known as Kingfelixk. With a new forum comes a new boardname. Julio is my guy, plus we share a birthday, so that's Culiooooo

Not even 25 yet. Plays an excellent OF. Runs the bases well. Oh but he doesn't have the attitude that some wanted so lets shit on him and campaign for his trade.

Told you bpj you dummy

And if he was still playing for us he'd probably be hitting .229 with an OPS of .674.

The guy wants to win and is emotional about it. He obviously didn't have the proper mariner attitude He wouldn't stand there grinning like an idiot after striking out with men on base, he'd actually get upset about it
The team, for its part, has been galvanized by the presence of its two newest stars. They played punch-for-punch with the Dodgers, and just beat Shane Bieber in a game pitched entirely by the bullpen. It isn’t just the fans that seem to think the team is fun to watch again. Jarred Kelenic actively screaming with glee every time the Mariners score a run has had an effect that has carried over to the rest of the team.
