Castillo velocity looks good. That's encouraging. When he's on, he's got some pretty good stuff.

Has he lost some weight or is it just my tv playing tricks on me? Or maybe the alcohol? I'm guessing probably the latter.

I don't know, but he sure kept them off balance.
Keeping focused for that Benintendi AB was an accomplishment on its own.

I'm not a Castillo fan by any means, but he was very impressive that inning. His fastball had some excellent movement, and that's typically not even his best pitch. Good on him.

I think he's OK, but he normally creates drama like Fernando Rodney and his 27-step process between each pitch gets tiring.
