This can't be real life. First Sims and now Dehart! lmao
No idea what you're talking about.
Sims and Dehart are now both in the Yankees org. I will try to translate it into your language next time...

I wonder if all considered they bolt for Montreal, Oakland, Omaha (Site of College WS) 24K capacity, or San Juan PR 18,264. Maybe they do a combination?
To me if I was TB, I would request emergency relocation permissions.

I think they want out of St. Petersburg. Maybe Tampa itself would work for them, but St. Petersburg is a terrible location and will never draw well, even with a new stadium. I think Nashville, Charlotte, Montreal, Portland, San Antonio, and Salt Lake are the most likely expansion cities, so if not Tampa then probably one of those.

I am just glad I will never have to watch another baseball game in that Monster Truck Arena/Convention Center again.

Would anyone trade two years of Randy Arozarena for two years of Philadelphia third baseman Alec Bohm?

https://www.thegoodphight.com/2024/11/2 ... -alec-bohm

https://www.thegoodphight.com/2024/11/2 ... he-players

MLB Trade Rumors projects 2025 arbitration salaries of $11.7 million for Arozarena and $8.1 million for Bohm

A year ago Baseball Trade Values assigned Arozarena a surplus value of $33.5 million and Bohm a surplus value of $19.9 million. Today, BTV assigns Arozarena a surplus value of $7.7 million and Bohm a surplus value of $24.9 million.

Do the current BTV valuations reflect recency bias?

The Phillies reportedly were interested in Arozarena at the trade deadline before Tampa Bay traded the former All Star and AL Rookie of the Year to Seattle:

Luke Raley could replace Arozarena in the Seattle outfield but the Mariners would need to sign Justin Turner, Carlos Santana and/or other alternative for first base and designated hitter.

As always, feedback is welcome.
