JP needs a benching too. Wasn’t just the terrible pitching.

So SH stole today? I follow him but know it isn't my turn. I just had it when we choked vs. the Yankees.

This isn't surprising. It's an aggressive lefty-heavy lineup and Castillo is basically dogshit vs. lefties. He keeps pounding fastballs in the zone and not really using his secondaries. We've seen the changeup come out but not that much.

I'm starting to really question the Mariners approach to pitching. I think the coaching staff and probably the analytics people are in love with the 4-seam/sinker combo and for some reason can't see the evidence screaming at them that it's a problem vs. lefties.
Its pretty straight forward to find how much he is using it these days, if you're clever with stat sites, i'd be curious

the Brewers are a pretty good team
Just ask the Dodgers, who have lost to the Brewers four times in the past 11 days, scoring a total of four runs while hitting .151.

“They’re a really good team," Jed Hoyer, Cubs president of baseball operations, told reporters Friday. “I don’t think they’re going to go away.’
