Apparently part of Naylor's re-signing with the M's was discussing the M's top prospects and their plan for who/when they're going to implement them.

I doubt the M's FO would make Naylor privy to trade info... but I'm not sure how you don't at least hint at trade plans if the discussion actually took place.
Yeah, it's funny really. I mean it's fun to come up with ideas for them but it seems to me if you actually listen to what they say they lay out exactly what they intend to do this off season. I don't think I've ever known it to be so clear. Sign naylor, sign polanco, play Williamson, young and colt. Oh and find another reliever. Did I miss anything?
Listen to what the say??????????????? fuck you BRUCE fuck the fuck out of you you mother fucker. Die in hell bitch. Everyone thought you were a nerdy bitch but I stood up for you. Fuck off.
Huh, that's not very nice

They said they want to bring Geno back and they've checked in with STL on Donovan. I wouldn't be so sure.
Yeah, it's true about Geno, they brought that up. It wasn't clear to me if it was in terms of one or the other with polanco. Terms of checking in, sure, dipoto will be looking for opportunities. But it seems to me, I really can't remember them or anyone else really being so clear about what the intended plan is. We get to speculate about this trade or that trade and it might still happen but at the same time, they seem to have made it pretty clear what they have in mind, that's just kinda funny to me. It's usually vague generalities
