Some big two-out hits today, it was Turn Back The Clock to early April.
Maybe Mike Wright was just a bad dream we had. There was no reason to even sign him in the first place, we've got Tom Murphy for mop-up.

When we signed Wright, literally everyone was wondering wtf JD was thinking. Just a horrible pitcher. Its almost like his is trying to tank the season.

For a former pitcher, he really has no talent for finding talented pitchers.
I think he looks for misunderstood pitchers like he was.

Seriously, he has a soft spot in his heart for those of the less talented ilk them because he was one.

With some of these talentless bums he's brought in, it's the only explanation.
He's a guy who thinks of his own career, "If only someone had given me the chance.." and here we are giving those guys that chance.
And, worst of all is that Mallex Smith is still starting games while one of Edwin/Santana/Vogelbach/Haniger/Beckham ride the pine that day because he's in the lineup.

Jack Merridew's probably thinking nah, that's too easy. Let's see what he comes up. Keep the winning streak going, Jack. As Leslie Nielsen once said, "We're all counting on you". I can picture Nielsen sticking his head in Scott Servais' office when we're 25 games out in August and saying that.
