I confess to not watching his every inning this season, but I haven’t seen anything so far that makes me question his fielding ability.

Disagree, no reason to cast Beckham aside. He is an asset. Much moreso than Dee Gordon for example.

Beckham will be one of those guys that got away for us for a year or two when he gets steady playing time on his next team. Probably hit for an .800 OPS and 25 homeruns playing 2B every day for the Brewers or some team seeking a starting 2B.
