game 2 looked good for KK, but a bit of bad luck on a few HR lead to a no decision, and Streckenrider lost the game. Now it's up to Flexen to find a way to get Mariners back to winning baseball. Hopefully the Mariners can find some power of their own. Would love to see a few HR this game

I suspect Murphy is back at the dish. Marmelejos may get his first start of the year, and maybe they give JP a break for Haggerty. Lineups will be posted below when they are submitted.
Great thread title, Juliooooo!

GO M's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I think we should consider giving creative thread titles a bonus win which will break any ties that might arise. This one definitely deserves one. :)

Yours are great too Phil.

So Servais who usually screws with the lineups more than he fidgets with his nuts thinks last night's lineup worked so well he is sticking with it.

I'm surprised by Torrens playing over Murphy. Is he injured?

They said he was going to start twice vs. the White Sox LH starters. He must mash lefties.

Thank you. I tried my best to not take the softball that is Flexen's name, but alas I was too weak and had to do it.

Are they going to try to do a 50/50 split then?

Pretty much. I imagine it would be based on performance but I would be surprised if it more then 60/40. btw Torrens was an odd duck last year hitting Righties better than lefties. Given that he might be the 60.

I don't think its that uncommon for righties to hit righties better than lefties. They get to face them 75 % of the time, so its not like lefties facing lefties.

Not as much as lefties but there have been a lot of RH M's over the years that have crushed lefties and been just ok or worse vs. lefties.

Nelson Cruz comes to mind .845/.960

Usually when a manager PHs with a Righty on the mound it is almost always when a RH hitter is up and the PH is a lefty.
