Personally I don't think he's guilty or will get charged with a crime, or pay anything in a civil case.

Sounded like a classic gold digger from the beginning, even more so now, imo.

This is my take as well. When you get into the details of what occured, it very much is a he said/ she said type of situation to me.

Would I do what Bauer did to the girl? Definately not, but different strokes for different folks. Photos have often been misleading, you don't know the context of where it came from. Perhaps the pictures everyone is looking at came from another incident and the girl claimed Bauer did it. Let the courts decide what is true and not true. Bauer is probably not an angel, but the details point out this girl wasn't one either. I do not like how people how a days quickly come into the defense of any girl who claims sexual abuse. This white knighting really needs to stop. Let the facts come out before passing judgement.

As for wanting Bauer on the team, sure sign me up. If he helps to win games go for it. I'm betting if you dig into every athletes personal life, more than half the league will come up with something society will frown upon and will call for the player to be booted from the sport. Shit the NFL still idolizes Ray Lewis. Athletes are not perfect, but they need to be judged the same way you or I will be judged. If this happened to anyone of us, most people will not be calling for us to lose our jobs.
