He's been in AA with Arkansas Travelers for the last week or so.
Isn't he still on the 40 man roster though?
Yes he is. I'd rather they option Alaniz than Altavilla.
Sure. Any of the crappy relievers before Curletta though

Watch Curletta turn into the next Big Papi for the Red Sox. Or, he could turn into the next Mike Carp.

It is raining in Amarillo, Texas. The Soggy Poodles were coming to bat in the bottom of the 6th when thunderbolts and lightning happened.
Travelers are leading 6-1, while Dom Thompson-Williams is 3-4, home run (#4) and Kyle Lewis is 2-4 with a double.

LH Anthony Misiewicz has gone 5 innings, seven singles, 1 earned run, 1 walk and 2 k's.

Fraley batted twice, k's and walked and was replaced. Unknown why. Injury? Called up to Tacoma? Will find out soon enough.
Maybe it's time the M's cut 33 year old Eric Young loose and started a little tremor of movement in the system.

After 5 innings, at home, Tacoma is ahead of the Albuquerque Isotopes 5-0.
Tommy Malone is still in there pitching in the 6th. In fact, he just retired the 'topes 1-2-3 in the top of the 6th. He's given up just one hit, a single and has mowed down 7 on 73 pitches.
Mallex is 2-2 with a pair of doubles and has a walk. Young and Miller also have doubles.

Rainiers won it 7 - 0. Milone threw 100 pitches (71 strikes), 7 2/3 innings, just 3 singles. He walked 1 and whiffed 10.
RH Parker Markel went the final 1 and a third, gave up no hits, walked 2 and K'd one Isotope.
Ian Miller smacked a HR in the 8th.
