I just got back and saw the replay right before it went to commercial. Did Seager really just get his 3 HR of the game off the Tigers players head? There is a reason they are the worst team in MLB.

Edit. Looks like the glove, not the head.

WOW! it's not quite Boonie/Cameron, but two straight back to backs by Seager and Murphy. I think those might be the only two times in franchise history (although it had to have happened sometime in the 90s too one would think) that's happened in the same game, with the of course the first one taking place in the first inning in Chicago. No matter how much baseball you've seen there's always something new.
Damn straight. Guarantee that is the first time in ML history a guys third HR bounces right out of the OFers glove over the fence.

Mariners win! We're HEROES!!!

Other than Kisucki, that was a fun game to watch. I wonder how badly lionbydynasty is crapping all over the Tiger Forum.

JP Crawford needs to get back on track. His numbers are still OK, because of a really good stretch in June. Hopefully its a slump and not an indication of who he is. Definitely needs to improve against LHP. He's been pretty bad, although a pretty small sample still at just 68 AB this year (before tonight) .176/.278/.191/.469
Both he and Vogey need to go to Lefty camp this off season. Seager can be the instructor.

Sheesh, we'd be in the playoffs if we could play the Tigers all the time...

Then again, if we could play the Astros all the time we'd have the worst record in baseball...

The Tiger's pitcher is scratching his head, how'd I end up with 2 earned runs on that?

I was thinking about this earlier in the week. Do players ever take BP from lefties? Would that help them? Seems simple enough, and I can't fathom why it would hurt.

They have to right but I don't ever remember seeing it.
