That one run feels like an offensive explosion for the M's.
It sure does. Doubt will shutout these guys so unless we score more then! JUST MAKE FUCKING CONTACT!

What do you all figure is the odds an offense that starts this bad recovers to even a mediocre offense statistically through a season?
I mean the team is going to have to have like an .800+ OPS run soon just to get to league avg.

Well, our DH got his first hit...it feels like...of the season. A dribbler up the middle.
So that was worth the money.
That was great hopefully gets him going. Someone really has too! Btw Julio should go up there without a bat. Would be so much better. Your gonna swing at trash might as well look like trash. Go in with an imaginary ab cause we still have not seen u with one yet!

Unless we see some changes in coaching they will continue on this path until they are totally out of it or once in a blue moon then lose like 5 in a row. I don't see this team catching fire with Scott. They are done with him. PROVE ME WRONG LOSERS
Well sadly Scott has a lot of publicity things at home this year so Scott is not going anywhere. This team can lose double digits in a row this year which I see actually happening this team is that bad. Idc if it's early it's been 2 weeks and still look flatter then ever. At least we made contact there. Gotta swing early on pitchers. They are hovering early pitches over the plate swing!

Give him a wiffle bat.
Or a Fred Flintstone club.
But yeah - hopefully that single broke his curse.
Rojas could use a little of his mojo now.

Yea I sure hope it did. Something has to end Julios curse. I am honestly not excited to see him come up next inning. I HOPE HE PROVES ME WRONG!

What's brutal is gonna have to watch another Julio ab here. MAKE IT WORTH SOMETHING JULIO! Well he got a single seems like all he does. Polanco horrible ab. Just continues 12 games and we allow every starter to go 6 strong. Eras under 2. Offense sucks

Its a good analysis - they are so close to the floor that to counter it and return to average then they need to spend a 10 game spell on the ceiling. Possible, like the last two seasons purple patches, but looks unlikely.
