They are 8-9 and a game and a half out. I feel they could easily have had two more wins if it wasnt for their sloppy play in the field. So even with their poor ass offense they still could have been in first place. For me, those are the wins they really gave away.
If the Seahawks had missed the playoffs this year, and the O Line was dogshit? I'd have been furious. This offense has sucked for a LONG fucking time. The fact that Dipoto can't figure it out is maddening to me. It's almost worse that he was able turn an inferior product out there last year and get saved by the trade deadline, because he is banking on it again. This offense going into the season wasn't better than the one that finished the season. He knows it, but doesn't care, because the strategy worked twice in a decade, so he swears by it.

They give away a TON of wins, every fucking year since Dipoto was here, because they can't hit water if they fall out of a boat. Sorry if I'm less concerned about the defense right now than what is yet another dogshit offense under this Front Office.

It tells me that they played 13 games and fucking lost 9 of them! Bad start.

We can't discuss it? Go somewhere else to talk about the team that started out 4 and 9 then.
Yes, bad start. So discuss what's relevant, not lumping them in with every 4-9 "or worse" team lol.

Might consider taking a stats 101 class so you dont look SILLY,
The original post is what was silly, and it was yours. 4-9 tells you zilch. 4-9 "or worse" is even more horseshit.

You do realize that 100 wins is outstanding right? That means "giving away" 62 wins.

Who cares if the team wins 1-0 or 9-8?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?

Less of a lunatic than lot of posters here (perhaps including myself). He brings a unique perspective to the political discussions anyway...

Speaking of starts, the Mets lost their 10th straight
Only three teams in the divisional era (since 1969) have made the postseason after a double-digit losing streak -- including last year's Cleveland Guardians.
