Ackley 2011 ...Tacoma in 271 at bats,.303/.421/.487/.908 ...then with the Mariners in 333 at bats, .273/.348/.417/.766 that same season. Where is the evidence of his being rushed? He was having a great season in Tacoma, came to the Mariners and continued it

Zunino on the other hand was hitting .227 /.297/.478/.775 in 2013 in tacoma when he was promoted and then hit .214/.290/.329/.620 for the Mariners that season, that is being rushed

Yep. We went to see Zunino debut in August of 2012 in Everett. 10 months and barely 400 PAs later he was at Safeco in June of 2013.

looking back I don't remember being outraged or anything but that was nuts, what were they thinking? And i do think you can ruin a guy that way. He obviously had issues, and i have pointed out they really went back to college. Its not a given that he would have ever learned to hit but he should have spent another couple seasons in the minors trying to. I can see it as a slow stepping stone of improvement, that perhaps could have led to something, but if he is promoted it just never happens

What about Big Papi David Ortiz?
People were raving about Ortiz in minors, my synopsis is this guy could be sketchy in the future and I would take the 💰 now.
What about him. He was 6-3 230. Vogelbach is 6-0 260 and I think that's a conservative number. Not the same body type at all.

Vogelbach is 250!!! Not 260, sorry Cap!

And I don't believe Big Papi was 230 except whenever he was on the Twins, sorry!!

This isn't proof, but there's logic behind it.

Pretty much the same career trajectory as Buster Posey. Of Course Buster could actually hit in the Minors.

There is zero Chance That Vogey is really 250 I would bet my house on it.
