This is good to see. The biggest thing I hope that Jarred learns while down on the farm is that he really hones in on his strike zone judgement. Julio strikes out a bunch, but he's also able to do major damage and draw walks as well as adjust at the plate. I haven't seen Kelenic be able to do that, yet.
I didn't think he had a problem with strike zone judgement, the issue is a ML breaking ball.
Exactly. It’s always a crap shoot if you get a great AAA breaking ball pitcher, This is more likely pitching related. Hopefully Ferowiscz can tell the difference from the dugout and if Boy wonder is learning to layoff the junk then good for him but it’s suspect for sure.

Julio needs to enter the Home Run Derby this year. No way they can snub him with his hard hit contact rates.
I would rather he doesn’t, there have been a few players state it messed with their swing. May be an excuse but some rest for kid would be good rather then something that doesn’t mean shinola
He said he isn't interested.
Where did he say he isn't interested?

This guy is already a monster, imagine when he gets another 20 LB of muscle on that frame. Strikeouts are coming down a little, but he has a way to go in that department.

Is it just me, or does he remind you of a young Yordan Alvarez?

And btw, Julio says he's still undecided about the HR Derby according to Divish.

I will never, and have never wished injury upon any athlete in the gane, but this may possibly affect the Wild Card Stanfings.
