Yeah, his job is not to get as low of an ERA as possible, is to learn and grow. He needs a big offseason and to gain some Velocity of he wants a chance, but I'm not worried about results from a 19 year old in his first mlb season. Let's revisit him next season.

From the article sounds like there is a lack consistency. Some of the stuff he has to say is interesting

Twitter is down so I can't post Churchill's tweet but he basically listed most of the recent draft picks and said they would all be MLB plays. I have no idea what he is learning or working on but how in the F do you look at a 20 year old in LOW A with a 5.47 ERA and a 1.63 WHIP and think he is a lock for the big leagues. He could have a 2.47 ERA and .62 WHIP and still wouldn't be a LOCK for the big leagues. That is the simple point I was making. Nothing more, nothing less.

He said he looks like a guy that will be in MLB. Again, don't get too fixated on stats. Let the players development go at the pace it's going at. And again, it will sort itself out with time, so who cares.
