I know that in general lefty starters are preferred but what is the downside of having too many. Or is there a downside?
Probably shorter LF ballparks like Fenway and Minute Maid. I’m thinking the rotation cycle would have to be scrambled a bit for 3 game sets in each, unless it’s BOR RH turns in the regular cycle.
Sure. I wonder if Dunn now has a leg up on Marge to have at least 2 RHers in the rotation. Good question for Divish's mailbag.

Maybe the 6 man rotation helps him stay healthy. Could be a deadline trade option as well.

I think they have to offset the rightist. LLRLLR.

Seems like it but wondering if it is so important that it would lead them to go with a weaker starter because he is a RHP.

I think thats exactly the kind of bonehead move the SS Dipoto would roll out.

Pushing their nerd glasses up on their noses and talking in a very nasal voice about how they must go righty lefty.

Same way they were searching only for a LH bat apparently. God forbid they add too much right handed talent.

The Steamship Dipoto? Or does SS stand for something else?

Guessing he is referring to our fearless manager.

I once thought maybe it sounded like a warship, but steamboat seems to be much more representative of the speed at which they prefer to do a rebuild.

Here's hoping they'll make a solid run at winning by 2024.

Right in time for Inslee to allow fans in the ballpark.
