If I were JP I'd be watching Ichiro hit for 3 hours every night before I go to bed.

He needs to hit .300 and tally 180+ hits a year. He doesn't need to add 10 extra homers. We don't need that from him.

If he could put up .290/.360/.400 and play solid defense you'd never hear he a peep from me. Even if he only hits like 4 hrs in a season.
