Yeah, we could have found small apartments for probably 1400 after all the fees. This puts us pretty central though. My nephew has baseball on the south east part of Phoenix, and we’ll go to LEGOLAND as well. Still not sure which games we’ll go to
But another year without meeting your mentor and idol D-train. Massive costs involved with that. lol I will be either in SD or Buckeye in a few months though so we will be neighbors soon.
Are you retiring?
Interviewing for a job in San Diego. If I get it I will move there, if not then just retire in AZ. I honestly can't decide what I would prefer. lol

A friend of mine was the head basketball coach at Saint Martins University in Lacey. He got fired in 2017 in a power play by the AD. His son was not doing so hot in school so he stayed at home. During the day, he started building up his stock portfolio at night tutored his son. Fast forward to today, son is a sophomore at St.Johns in NYC and he has built a $10+million portfolio that his allows his wife(VA research nurse) to now retire and travel with the M's and to Civil War battlefields.

Good luck either way. Nice to be able to have the option to retire if it comes to that
