That's the exact same for my Alfa Romeo.

My Silverado takes 4 gallons of rottella at $20 gallon and then I can haul all three of your foolish cars to the wrecking yard and save all three of you thousands over the next several years

EVs are great, other than that they aren't really environmentally friendly and every time one is sold it enriches China along with some executives and politicians here in the states.

Carbon footprints are complicated, as is the politics of “buying American”. But that’s true of pretty much anything. Seriously, anything.

All I know is that I never have oil changes and I haven’t spent a dime on gas or electricity since I bought the car. Factor in tax incentives and carpool vouchers and it has pretty much paid for itself at this point.

Oh. That and I get to use the HOV lane if I am alone in the car. Bazinga!

The problem is if something actually does break in the car, you’re kind of screwed. It’s likely similar to D-Train’s costs for parts and labor.
