Marte OPS up to .834 on the season. Over the last month...

.382/.472/.753/1.225
Something must have clicked big time. That is an amazing turnaround.
It's not like he was bad. He was hitting around league average, and is probably one of the 4-5 youngest hitters in the league. I expect Arroyo to have a similar adjustment when he gets promoted.
He almost double his BA and OPS from June to July. That is an amazing turnaround. He actually started the season pretty good with a .800+ OPS in April.

I think the main thing with Noelvi is that it got warmer. He's known to just absolutely hate the cold, can't stand it at all. If he makes the majors, he'll have a great time in early season games in Minnesota.

Here's a great post on LL about how JK is doing in Tacoma.

The data is pretty encouraging. It gives me reason to think that if they call him up in September, that he won't be completely lost.

I asked in the comments how they went about pulling all the data, and apparently for PCL games you can access this in Savant with the MILB gameday game ID. For example, here's the link to a game from 6/1 between the Bees and Rainiers: https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/gamefeed ... ePk=664563

The easiest way to do this is to click on one of today's MLB games on Savant. That will bring up the page for that game. Then, in the URL bar at the top, simply substitute the 6-digit code for the PCL game that you want to see details on, click enter and there you have it.

I guess what these guys have been doing, to pull together this data for JK, is to simply go through each game by hand and tabulate it in excel. That's quite a bit of work and exactly the sort of thing I would have done had I known about this.

David Ortiz, Buck O'Neil, Bud Fowler, Gil Hodges, Jim Kaat, Minnie Miñoso and Tony Oliva were also inducted Sunday.

I would've thought that Oliva was already in.

We need to fucking POUNCE on this!! I've been screaming it for a week. C'mon Jerry!! The fact that Xander has a full no trade clause makes it more tough.

Sadly this is true. JP is in fact a leader on this team. Which is why it is imperative that our 2B should be one of the elite bats in the league. If you're not going to move Crawford off of SS, then 2B needs more than just an All-Star version of Adam Frazier. It needs a Ty France type of bat over there. [LIGHTBULB]! 💡
