I'm just getting home.

I see it's the bottom of the 3rd inning and the M's have just 1 hit.

Nice.
They are facing a lot of non fastballs so you have to give them a break. They had no idea about this recent phenomenon.

Kinda bad luck for Castillo with an infield hit and that pole, but he’s just not quite precise enough to pick teams apart
Good teams keep AB's alive. Both of those hits came deep in counts.

Bad teams strike out and have non-competitive ab's like the Mariners.

He’s not going to give in to Turner here
To bad we couldn't have signed Turner this off season. He seems pretty good.

Castillo reminds me of late-career Felix.
He will be if his velo drops to the low 90s. Yeah, the trade isn’t looking good now for Cincinnati with the suspension, but I still think Castillo is extremely overrated, and Id much rather have the cap space and signed Blake snell
What I meant add was that when late-career Felix started a game, I was hopeful each time that maybe we'd get the 'Good Felix' this time. Occasionally it happened, but mostly he was just disappointing.

With Castillo, I know there's a chance he'll be great, but mostly it's just a letdown.
We never got good Felix though late in the career. Both get by on stuff more than anything else. Castillo still will have good games, especially against poor hitting teams if he’s throwing 97-98.

That’s why Castillo will fare well against some teams. Remember the game he threw 50 straight fastballs? I don’t think he should look at that as some grand feet that he accomplished with that.

It doesn't' bother me how the pitchers are doing until the offense proves it shouldn't be replaced with the entire AAA roster.

God this is so fun. Letting strikes go right by and then swinging at trash. This team does not care at all. Same shit game in and game out. No pitching no offense. Come on Houston and Oakland I can smell 5th place. Cannot wait. 3 games under coming. No end in sight same shit just different teams

Why do I get a feeling another blow out incoming. Rojas gonna start warming up again. 3 times in 11 games. God I sure hope not!

3 runs feels like a blowout. 11 straight games with offense trash once in a blue moon they have a game but that's not a winning formula. Our hitting coaches telling our players let perfect pitches go by and swing off the plate. Help the pitcher out that's our goal.
